Another round of the U.S.-China trade talks will be held in Washington this week.
Both sides claim there was progress made in five days of negotiations in Beijing last week, yet, there is still much work remains to be done ahead of a March 1 deadline.
2. Fed FOMC Meeting Minutes
The Federal Reserve will release its most recent policy meeting on Wednesday at 19:00 GMT. After the U.S. central bank last meeting, its clear that there are no expectations for anymore interest rate hikes at the near future.
3. U.S. Durable Goods Orders
The Commerce Department will release data on December durable goods orders 13:30 GMT Thursday. The consensus forecast for durable goods is to be increased by 0.8% last month.
This week’s calendar will also features key data on weekly jobless claims, existing home sales and flash manufacturing.
